I knew of men who fed themselves, and called it pleasure.
Simpler Men than I, to whom indulgence and gluttony were one sin.
Why, then, did the Lord Our God call them two?
I suppose these Simple Men might want for nothing.
Fat and content.
But the Hedonist wants everything.
The simple man has his choice of concubines and whores.
The Hedonist crosses the earth, because he knows only you would be enough.
